Breakfast & After School Clubs
Wrap-around care and after school club information about our school.
Breakfast club will run in term time only from Monday to Friday, 7.45am – 8:45am. It is held in the school hall and access is via the main school entrance. For safeguarding reasons please ensure that you bring your child/children into breakfast club to hand over to breakfast club staff.
To book a place at breakfast club please book via Arbor Accounts; places are limited and once breakfast club is full you will need to contact the school office smb@smb.bwcet.com to request a place on the waiting list.
The cost of breakfast club is £3.00 per day, payable weekly, in advance.
We do not currently offer permanent after school childcare provision.
We offer a variety of after-school curriculum clubs running from 3:30pm to 4:20/4:30pm, designed to support our busy families.
Parents and carers are informed of the club schedule each half term and can book places via Arbor Accounts or directly through Creative Kitchen, depending on the club.
Please see below for the list of clubs available during Summer Term 2, 2025. Kindly note that no clubs will run during the final week of term.
In response to parent feedback requesting several days notice, we have scheduled bookings to go live on Tuesday, 27th May at 4:30pm.
We would like to apologise in advance that any issues arising during the half-term break—such as incorrect charges or booking difficulties—will not be resolved until school reopens. This is due to the system’s scheduling process, which may occasionally result in temporary discrepancies.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
