We love a bit of friendly competition at St. Mary’s—and our Class Attendance League brings just that! Each week, classes go head-to-head to see who can achieve the highest attendance. The winning class takes home the Attendance Award Trophy and a surprise treat!
But it’s more than just a trophy—great attendance means great learning. Research shows that children who attend school regularly do better in their studies and have brighter futures. So every moment in school really does count!

The Golden Welly Award is all about celebrating playground stars! It goes to children who go the extra mile—whether they’re including others, solving tricky problems or being a brilliant buddy.
It’s our way of saying, “Well done for stepping up and standing out!” Because when you’re kind, helpful and full of great ideas, you make playtime better for everyone..
