We are excited to introduce a new approach to celebrating excellent attendance at St Mary’s!
From now on, any child who achieves 100% attendance for the week will be entered into a prize draw. Each week, three children from every year group will be chosen at random to enjoy a special lucky dip prize.
To launch this new initiative, we’ve started with a celebration of our most committed pupils—all children who have achieved 100% attendance for the entire school year so far were rewarded with a lucky dip this week. What a fantastic achievement!
We are incredibly proud of their dedication and look forward to celebrating many more successes in the weeks ahead. Let’s keep up the great attendance, everyone!
The Golden Welly Award is all about celebrating playground stars! It goes to children who go the extra mile—whether they’re including others, solving tricky problems or being a brilliant buddy.
It’s our way of saying, “Well done for stepping up and standing out!” Because when you’re kind, helpful and full of great ideas, you make playtime better for everyone..

It’s all about trying your best, playing fair and lifting others up—on the pitch, in the hall or wherever the action happens!
