Golden Welly Award

The Golden Welly Award is all about celebrating playground stars! It goes to children who go the extra mile—whether they’re including others, solving tricky problems or being a brilliant buddy.

It’s our way of saying, “Well done for stepping up and standing out!” Because when you’re kind, helpful and full of great ideas, you make playtime better for everyone..

It’s all about trying your best, playing fair and lifting others up—on the pitch, in the hall or wherever the action happens!

Achievement in the Community

Over the weekend, Erin Creegan in Year 5 spent time at Emmaus Village, supporting her family and friends who volunteer with St Mary’s Special Needs Club, known to many as The Fellowship.

Erin was an absolute star throughout her time there. She showed kindness, patience and maturity beyond her years, supporting and encouraging some of the youngest new members, many of whom have learning difficulties and disabilities and were staying away from home for the very first time.

Erin was a true credit to her family and to our school, and she very much deserves recognition for her compassion and dedication. We are incredibly proud of her.
